Methodology

How the score, the evidence, and the generated documents actually work.

How the score is computed

The free assessment asks 7 questions about your role, industry, daily tasks, and how you already work with AI. Scoring runs entirely in your browser — no answer leaves your device until you explicitly choose to save or continue. There is no server round-trip and no account requirement to see your result.

Your answers are scored across five dimensions: role resilience, task exposure, technical adaptability, AI fluency, and industry momentum. The combined score maps to one of five result bands, from strategic position (0–20) to critical exposure (81–100) — higher means more of your current work is exposed to automation. Each dimension also gets a triage tag — protect, cut, or compound — which is what the paid Protocol turns into a day-by-day plan.

Where the evidence comes from

Score weightings and industry assessments are grounded in a documented evidence base:1,822 evidence entries covering506 companies across 21 industries — real, sourced records of AI deployments, layoffs, restructurings, and adoption announcements. The headline numbers and the per-industry exposure table are public on the Market Intelligence page, computed from the same dataset this site ships.

The Oracle reading draws on a separate sector evidence base covering15 sectors, used to anchor role-trajectory claims in documented deployments rather than speculation.

How the documents are generated

The Oracle reading and the Protocol plans are generated by frontier AI models from your intake answers — every document is written for one person, not assembled from templates. Before delivery, each document is checked by an independent quality gate: a second AI reviewer scores it against a rubric (completeness, specificity, consistency with your answers), and rule-based checks screen for fabricated statistics. Generation uses enterprise AI APIs with no training on your inputs and no data retention.

Plan length is your choice at intake — 30 or 60 days. Delivery is on-screen plus a PDF. You can read a full anonymized example on the sample report page before paying anything.

What we deliberately don't do

We don't sell or share your data — it lives in an EU-hosted database, and export and deletion are self-service from your account. We don't claim company-level compliance audits: the Protocol is personal, role-specific AI literacy training whose documented daily tasks and measurable score you can show your employer in the context of EU AI Act Article 4. And we don't hide the weaknesses: generated content is English-only for v1, and a personalized plan is only as honest as the answers you give it.

The methodology is the product. Test it on yourself first — the assessment is free.
